Iv. Equipment features and function description:

● Application range of the product -- Tairjia chooses welding to be convenient to cooperate with the automatic production line of the factory, and has the function of multiple sets of expansion. It can pass the fixture or directly weld various mixed PCB boards.

 

Advantages and disadvantages of single head selection welding: single head working efficiency is low, but can be used to improve the efficiency of more than one joint.

 

Advantages and disadvantages of double head welding: the double head work efficiency is high, but because the tin furnace is fixed on the same platform, its adjustment of welding process parameters and position, system accuracy relative to the single head is worse, each product must be made of special jig. If the component part of one of the welding heads is abnormal and fails, the single head can work, but the whole machine cannot work normally, so it needs to be stopped for maintenance. In addition, the maintenance time is long, and the two wave peaks have poor working stability at the same time.

 

 

●Applicable to any occasion - & NBSP; The high performance of the soldering system begins with the design of special material nozzles, which can accurately and stably ejection various tin wave heights, thus improving the ability to continuously repeat welding in limited space or too close to the parts. The welding pump, propeller, lifter, robot technology, nitrogen transportation and temperature control technology, together with our unique crest nozzle, make the system tin welding performance of the cream, high precision, less defective products.

 

● Excellent temperature control capability in the use site - nitrogen temperature control performance is good, because it USES the PID temperature control principle (0-400°C), nitrogen is used for welding wave crest inerting and protection. This unique nitrogen direct heat system heats the crest of the wave. Allows the operator to choose whether to increase or decrease the temperature.

 

●Closed loop servomotor = high accuracy, repeatability, high welding quality - the system USES the most accurate and advanced robotic control technology - closed loop servomotor. A server is an intelligent motor that knows where it is and maintains perfect repeatability. Ball screw and linear guide guide, accurate positioning, low noise, smooth movement.

 

●Less consumable materials, low cost - the system is designed to reduce the use of cost issues. Only one tablespoon of tin is produced per shift (the average of the system), thus greatly reducing solder losses. The system does not waste nitrogen in the use of motor cooling and pneumatic system, because our nitrogen use efficiency is very high, only 30 CFH, which is 15% to 65% lower than the nitrogen consumption of the same products.

 

●Low maintenance time - system maintenance is simply 5-10 minutes to start the maintenance, including cleaning work, removal of welding slag, hot soldering, etc. The pump is cleaned for 20-35 minutes per 80 hours of use (50% less cleaning time compared to some competitors' products). Minimizing maintenance time is one of the design requirements, so we adopted a number of innovative solutions: we designed the propeller to make the pump speed lower, thus reducing the production of welding slag and pump maintenance work. The heating plate outside the soldering furnace increases the heat capacity, prolongs the service life of the heating part, improves the quality stability of the soldering furnace and simplifies the cleaning work of the soldering furnace. The solder pump USES heat insulation material and heat resistant conveyor belt to reduce heat transfer to the motor and extend the service life of the motor.

 

● The system is easy to program/control powerful - industrial computer system offline programming software has an elegant user interface and very fast programming speed. In just a few minutes, programmers can use imported scanned images or gerber to convert images, select solder joints, configure nozzles, and form a selective soldering system. The direction, speed, pauses, and many other attributes of the system are very easy to control. The motion speed, temperature parameters, product count, peak height correction and other parameters of the transport guide can be saved in the touch screen.

 

●Selective spray part - the spray area above all has the air outlet, reduces the flux pollution to the machine, the nozzle USES the import atomizer nozzle, also may follow according to the need, the choice matches the import linear injection nozzle, the flux USES the pressure irrigation storage, guarantees the spray pressure constant, does not suffer the flux how many influence.

 

●Preheating part - infrared preheating device, preheating the products on the PCB board, heating power is small, heat loss is small. Preheat temperature and preheat time can be set on the touch screen.

 

●Selective tin furnace part - a set of independent tin pump device, peak height, peak correction can be set independently, the external type of double heating plate, more perfect heat transfer. Quick connector connection is adopted in all tin furnaces, so it is not necessary to rewire when replacing tin furnace. The wave peaks are all controlled by closed-loop servo-control, which can be set to self-correct the peak height at regular intervals. Real time display of welding process, through the camera and display, the real time display of welding process. Tin furnace with tin level alarm.

 

●Conveyor mechanism - chain or roller transport mechanism, each guide is driven by independent motor, transport speed can be set. Guide rail transportation, smooth operation, long-term use without wear

 

●Wind speed cooling (optional) -- independent outlet cooling device of the machine, automatic control of starting and stopping, automatic activation of cooling system after welding is completed, automatic switch of cooling system when product transportation leaves the machine,

 

●Solder filling system - if the machine's tin level is lower than the lower limit of the alarm value of the system, the machine will automatically return to the designated feeding place and the automatic feeding system will start. When the tin level reaches a certain level, the automatic tin feeding system will shut down. After the machine shuts down the feeding system, it will arrive at the designated working place and wait for the working instruction

 

●Maintenance reminder function - when the machine is continuously used for a certain working time, the machine will follow the Settings to prompt the user to do maintenance or maintenance work, so as to avoid the failure to do necessary maintenance, which will affect the use function of the machine and the operation life of the machine.
